Side Effects - 4/29/2008
This patient was being treated for a communuted elbow fracture. He elbow was going great but she had trouble grasping her hand, limited strength and tingling in the 5th digit. What might she be experiencing?

Moderators Response:
She had an ulnar nerve compression that was causing her ulnar nerve paralysis. She did great with static progressive splinting and ultimately regained ulnar nerve function.
