Game keepers thumb. Hand Based thumb spica splint with IPJ free X 4 weeks followed by 2 Weeks on/off for exercise

Luxación metacarpofalángica del pulgar (dedo de esquiador). Requiere cirugía para reparar ligamentos. Podemos colocar una ortesis corta de pulgar alineando las superficies articulares.
