Doesn't look like fun! - 8/5/2007
What could be wrong with this persons hand?

Moderators Response:
You can see the incision from a CTS release. This person developed CRPS/RSD. Notice the red blotchy hand, the swelling and shiny appearance to the skin. You can appreciate the hand is becoming nonfunctional as the creases are disappearing from lack of movement.

We are seeing a lot more of the RSD in our clinic. A lot of them also appear to have had a CTR prior to developing the symptoms.
